Our owner, Bill Morgan, has been introduced under "Our Company" and is, of course, the backbone of our organization. An early riser, he is most often on the road by 7:00 AM checking the field work and completing bids so we can provide a quick turnaround to our managers, etc. The contracting business is in Bill's blood and he thrives on completing a job successfully and on time.
Joe King, our Vice President of Sales, has an extensive background in the termite/ fumigation industry. Joe is commited to providing the utmost in customer service, significant savings and complete satisfaction.
Pam Matthews, our Estimator, has a construction background and contacts the homeowner directly to inspect work order requests. Pam has been with the Company for over eight years and is extremely knowledgeable and thorough.
Rafael Aguilar, our Superintendent of Construction, has over 25 years experience in the field. Rafael has been with the company for over 7 years and is highly experienced in concrete masonry, waterproofing, synthetic deck application and wood repairs.
Our Finance Department works to make sure that our records are kept straight and our billing is up to date.
