PPM Construction was formerly known as Pacific Property Maintenance but our name was changed to better reflect our ongoing commitment to look for new ways to serve our customers better. PPM Construction better describes our type of business and the services that we offer.
Our owner, Bill Morgan, has been a licensed contractor for over 48 years and holds B (general), C8 (concrete) and C39 (roofing) licenses.
Prior to founding PPM Construction, he was directly responsible for the completion and refurbishing of over $50 million dollars in REO property for American City Banks and over $25 million dollars in REO property for Wells Fargo Bank. This involved all phases of construction and supervision of work.
He was fully responsible for all construction for Harmony Homes and Lucky Home Builders in the San Gabriel Valley. These companies were responsible for constructing thousands of single-family homes and rental units. He has been approved and sanctioned as a home inspector by the prestigious A.S.H.I. and C.R.E.I.A. Associations. It is obvious Bill has the experience needed to help you with most any job.
Between our core staff and Bill Morgan, we are able to handle any type of reconstruction and structural repairs from beginning to end. We are willing to assist in any suggestions and development of procedures that you may require for repairs.
We recognize the importance of a good working relationship between the manager, the association, and the homeowner.
