Owner Bill Morgan has been a licensed contractor for over 50 years and holds B (General) C-8 (Concrete) C-39 (Roofing) C-61/D06 (Concrete Coring/Grinding) and C61/D12 (Deck Coating/Waterproofing) licenses. Prior to founding PPM Construction Services in 1993, he was directly responsible for the completion and refurbishing of over 50 million dollars in REO Property for American City banks and over 25 million dollars in REO Property for Wells Fargo Bank. This involved all phases of construction and supervision of work. He was also fully responsible for all construction for Harmony Homes and Lucky Home Builders in the San Gabriel Valley. These companies constructed over a thousand single-family homes and rental units. Mr. Morgan was also approved and sanctioned as a home inspector by the prestigious A.S.H.I and C.R.E.I.A. associations.
